Your compensation is calculated by an algorithm that takes into account response time, the complexity of the topic covered, and student feedback, up to a maximum of €90/hour plus VAT.

Yes, it's a freelance activity you can do with a VAT number. In some cases, we can also consider co.co.co. and occasional self-employment contracts for those who already work for other companies.
You can easily bill your coaching business on ProfessionAI through your LLC. You can also recruit employees who meet the qualifications we're looking for. This will not only reduce your company's costs, but will also contribute to their professional growth: after all, teaching is one of the most effective ways to become an expert in a subject.
The selection process takes place in two simple steps: 1. Technical interview with our academic director: he or she will assess your knowledge of the topics you applied for. 2. Evaluation of a test project: you will evaluate a student's project, providing constructive feedback on how to improve based on a framework we define. If both steps are passed, a permanent collaboration will begin.
No, it's an activity you can do asynchronously. Through our Coachub, you can set your weekly commitment, and we'll send you a maximum number of projects that doesn't exceed that commitment.
We consider applications from PhD students, but not from undergraduate students. We seek professionals with extensive experience to provide constructive and valuable feedback to our students.
